I offer free one time repairs on all my glass if the piece is repairable. If its been broken in a nonrepairable way I offer a significant discount (more then 30%) on a recreation as best as I can. Collector (you/customer) must pay for shipping one way.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
What do you use for your jewelry?
As of this year all of my jewelry is made using sterling silver ear wires and chains.
Where are you located?
I work in Huntington Beach, California at a studio called Old World New Art.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
I typically only accept wholesale orders for my terp pearls. Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit and take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, or longer depending on the size of the order. Please inquire directly if you would like to place a wholesale order or have any further questions.
What is the process for custom glass orders?
Custom orders are only allowed by patreon subscribers, check out my subscription boxes, there are several tier options. These orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for me to complete from the time you place your order (and full payment has been recieved), sometimes longer depending on the piece and materials needed. I will always try to give you a deadline when you place the order. Shipping is always free for orders $50+

What does "Made to Order" mean?
It means the product your seeing in the image is the original one I made and that one has sold but I am open to recreating it if it's ordered again.
How does shipping work?
The shipping speed I choose is always 5-7 business days unless you select to upgrade. This will start from the time you receive your tracking number. All website orders I ask for 2 business days to get your order packaged and shipped out in case theres anything "made to order".
Custom orders depend on the difficulty of the project but I will always provide a time estimate for completion and keep you updated along the way. You will receive tracking as soon as the piece is complete and ready to be shipped.
If you snag a sweet deal from my instagram story sales, your item will ship by the following Friday. I will direct message you your tracking number and post updates on my story that tracking has been sent. If you don't recieve tracking please send me a direct message or email.
Expedited shipping is up to 3 days after you recieve tracking.
Please allow more time for delivery during the holiday season, once carriers have your package its out of my control.
