I offer one free repair or replacement on broken glass terp pearls. In most cases, pearls will be replaced rather than repaired. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
For broken items such as pendants, earrings, or other glass pieces, repairs may be available for a small repair fee plus shipping costs, depending on the type of damage and feasibility of repair.
If an item cannot reasonably be repaired, customers may qualify for a 30% discount off the full retail price toward a replacement of the same or comparable item. Replacement availability is subject to inventory.
For all repairs and replacements, the customer must cover shipping both ways. If a return label is not provided, return shipping will be quoted at my discretion (typically $5–$10 within the U.S.). Shipping costs are non refundable. Trackable and insured shipping methods are strongly recommended.
Repair and replacement timelines are not guaranteed and may vary based on workload and materials. Approval is required prior to sending any items back. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not qualify. No refunds are issued for repaired or replacement items.

First time pearl breaks are always replaced, other solutions are also available.
Pay shipping both ways and I'll kiln clean your pearls for you, making them fresh again! Only pearls purchased from Sumuji Glass

All glass sales are final. No exceptions. No refunds or exchanges.

Previously all my jewelry was made using 925 Sterling Silver ear wires and chains. But as of 9/9/2025 I have swapped all metals for 316L Surgical Stainless Steel to eliminate the chance for rust, tarnishing, or other impurities
All gold is plated 10k-14k.
Sterling Silver is still available upon request. -

I typically only accept wholesale orders for terp pearls. All wholesale orders require a 50% deposit and take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, or longer depending on the size of the order. Please inquire directly if you would like to place a wholesale order or have any further questions.

Custom orders are only allowed by patreon subscribers, or current collectors. Check out my subscription boxes, there are several tier options. These orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for me to complete from the time you place your order (and full payment has been recieved), sometimes longer depending on the piece and materials needed. I will always try to give you a deadline when you place the order.

It means the product your seeing in the image is the original one I made and that one has sold but I am open to recreating it if it's ordered again. I typically only post these on popular designs that are often ordered.

All glass products are kiln-annealed for strength and durability; however, glass remains a fragile medium. Exposure to rapid temperature changes, direct flame, freezing temperatures, impact, or excessive pressure may cause structural stress, cracking, or breakage. Sumuji Glass is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, environmental exposure, accidents, or misuse. Purchase of these products constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these risks.

The shipping speed I choose is always 5-7 business days unless you select to upgrade. This will start from the time you receive your tracking number. All website orders I ask for 2 business days to get your order packaged and shipped out in case theres anything "made to order".
Custom orders depend on the difficulty of the project but I will always provide a time estimate for completion and keep you updated along the way. You will receive tracking as soon as the piece is complete and ready to be shipped.
If you snag a sweet deal from my instagram story sales, your item will ship by the following Friday. I will direct message you your tracking number and post updates on my story that tracking has been sent. If you don't recieve tracking please send me a direct message or email.
Expedited shipping is up to 3 days after you recieve tracking.
Please allow more time for delivery during the holiday season, once carriers have your package its out of my control. I will always do my best to track any packages down, no replacements are promised.
