1. About Sumuji Glass

Sumuji Glass is a small, independent, artist-run brand specializing in creative services. All items are handcrafted and may include natural variations in color, size, shape, and pattern. These variations are part of the nature and beauty of handmade art.

2. Products and Handmade Nature

All physical products are handmade and therefore:

  • Each piece is unique

  • Minor variations are normal and expected

  • Product photos are representative, not exact replicas

Small differences between photos and the final product do not qualify as defects or grounds for return. All sales are final.

Some items may be intended for novelty, display, or collector purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to use all items safely and responsibly.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase certain products, attend classes, or participate in workshops. By placing an order or booking a class, you confirm that you meet any applicable age requirements.

Sumuji Glass does not sell products intended for illegal use. Customers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding product use and possession.

4. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Sumuji Glass reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.

Payments

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or a class seat is reserved.

Cancellations

  • Physical product orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • Class and workshop bookings may have specific cancellation windows listed on the event page.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Estimated processing times are listed on product pages but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sumuji Glass is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Sumuji Glass within 24 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • Packaging materials

  • Shipping label

Claims submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and limited nature of Sumuji Glass products, all sales are final unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

If approved, Sumuji Glass may offer:

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

Returns based on personal preference, minor variations, or accidental damage are not accepted.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Custom pieces may take longer to complete depending on complexity and production schedule.

Design approvals, color references, and concept discussions do not guarantee exact replication in glass. Artistic interpretation and material behavior may affect the final result.

8. Classes, Workshops, and Studio Experiences

Booking and Attendance

  • Class spots are limited and reserved only after full payment

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

  • Late arrivals may not be able to participate

Safety and Liability

Glass working involves heat, tools, and materials that carry inherent risk. By attending a class or workshop, participants:

  • Assume all risks associated with glass working activities

  • Agree to follow all safety instructions

  • Release Sumuji Glass from liability for injury, burns, property damage, or loss

Participants will be required to sign a separate liability waiver before participating.

Clothing and Conduct

Participants must wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sumuji Glass reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves unsafely or disruptively without refund.

9. Tutorials, Digital Products, and Online Content

Digital Products

All digital products, including tutorials, guides, videos, PDFs, and educational materials, are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Licensed for personal use only

  • Not permitted for resale, redistribution, or teaching

Intellectual Property

All tutorial content, techniques, images, videos, branding, and instructional materials are the intellectual property of Sumuji Glass unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Repost tutorials

  • Sell access to tutorials

  • Claim instructional content as your own

10. Intellectual Property and Branding

All content on this website including:

  • Logos

  • Product names

  • Photos

  • Videos

  • Written content

  • Branding elements

are the property of Sumuji Glass, Chelsey Clure, and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

11. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, and offerings may change at any time without notice. Limited edition and event-exclusive items may not be restocked.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumuji Glass shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Personal injury resulting from product misuse

  • Property damage

  • Loss of income or business

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service provided.
